Our commitment and compelling results didn’t go unnoticed. We are extremely excited to announce that ClickMeeting came in victorious from the 13th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. During the February gala banquet in Las Vegas, our webinar and video conferencing software was granted with a Gold Stevie® Award in the Collaboration Solution – New Version category.
When we look back at 2018, we experience that pleasant feeling after hard work and excellent effects. It’s like: “Hey, that was really something.” And that something was not just for us or just for the sake of getting things done. It was to help our clients out with running their online businesses.
What do we mean by that?
You’re right. Let’s be more precise:
As we spotlighted in our latest State of Webinars Report, last year was mostly about releasing powerful features:
- Paid Webinars. They turned out to be a goldmine for many entrepreneurs. Special diet instructions, teaching software development, or complex financial techniques – selling knowledge becomes a more and more popular (and efficient) way of increasing revenue.
- On-Demand Webinars. People are on the run most of the time, that’s why it’s getting harder to gather all the webinar registrants during the live online event. Sharing the webinar recording with those who didn’t show up is a game-changer. It also works in terms of lead generation (check this article and learn how to make the most of it).
- Facebook and YouTube Live. Despite some marketers have treated Facebook Live and YouTube Live as a threat to webinars, we recognized them as an opportunity. And embracing them was a great move! Our clients use these features regularly to expand their reach and engage their social media contacts.
- Custom Branding. You might sell your products, teach your online students, or train your employees. But whatever you do with webinars, making the first impression on your audience is a high starting point! With our new Custom Branding tool, you can not only upload your logo and brand colors but also a stunning background photo from the Unsplash.
So, we summed up the year armed with new webinar success playbooks and got back to upcoming projects in 2019.
And in the meantime…
…we’ve got a Gold medal from Stevie
On Friday, February 22, more than 700 executives from the US and several other countries gathered in Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada. The business gala banquet was organized by The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.
What exactly is it?
In a flash, we are talking about the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development, and sales professionals. The Stevie Awards organization stages seven of the world’s leading business awards programs, including the prestigious American Business Awards® and International Business Awards®.
This year’s jury put 2700 nominations from 45 countries under the microscope. To analyze the pile of entries from every possible online industry grouped in 93 categories, The Stevie Awards have assembled over 150 professionals worldwide. Seven specialized judging committees carefully went through the scores and picked up the winners…
…and we’ve got it!
We won the Gold Stevie® Award in the Collaboration Solution!
It’s an honor to be presented with the Gold Stevie Award, especially in the Collaboration Solution – New Version category – said Dominika Paciorkowska, Managing Director at ClickMeeting. Last year we’ve worked around the clock to rebuild our software and introduce new features. All actions and improvements were based on our customers’ feedback. Without their insights, we wouldn’t achieve what we can proudly share today. That’s why we’d like to dedicate this award to all of our customers who shape our platform with us.
