With each day the number of our customers is growing rapidly and we want to make sure that when they reach us, they receive the highest level of service possible. As this dynamic growth is happening, it also determines us to keep developing our services and website – all of which are essential to keep a readable and pleasurable infrastructure for our customers.

So, what is one of the first things that come to our, and hopefully yours too, mind when we thing of making ClickMeeting comfy? Helping customers from around the world experience ClickMeeting in their native language!

 

Two Languages Join The Ranks

That’s right! We have introduced two new languages to our product and website: Brazilian Portuguese and French. This addition brings the total number of supported languages to 7 and it reflects our increasing global customer base.

The ClickMeeting website and account panel can now be accessed in 7 languages:

  • Brazilian Portuguese
  • English
  • French
  • German
  • Polish
  • Russian
  • Spanish

And bear in mind that the webinar room itself already supports a total number of 13 languages: English, Chinese (traditional and simplified), Czech, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Swedish.

 

Why Add More Languages?

The translation to French and Brazilian Portuguese covers all of our marketing content and the account panel. We believe that this change will not only help users from Francophone countries and Brazil to use ClickMeeting more efficiently, but it will also enable us as company to reach an even more diverse global audience.

It’s our hope that this improvement will make our service even more accessible and convenient for a wider range of users. The more customers we encounter, the more we see a need for a broader reach for ClickMeeting, after all, it is our customers that help us be who we are! Localization is just another important step in continuing our global expansion.
