Hello ,
Since past few days I have been facing some or the other problem with click meeting : Error 500/502 and a few more.
I have to take a meeting in next 60 min and it got stuck and showing error 502 please sort asap.
Hello Sonali and Saurabh, over the last few weeks we have been experiencing enormously high user traffic. Our IT department is working day and night to scale up our platform. So far, we have increased the number of our servers and other elements of infrastructure by 40-50%, and we do what it takes to keep our service fully operational.
We have hosted a webinar, but the site is giving 502 Bad Gateway error! Please fix it
Hello,
I would like to know how can I edit the content of automated emails that are sent to the attendees, such as the one with the subject "Thank you for registering for my webinar!".
Also, how can I use two types of tickets for a paid live webinar, such as a standard fee and a student discount ticket?
Thank you,
Hello Elisavet, thanks for reaching out! When it comes to customizing your emails, you need to go to the Automation tab when you schedule your event. You will find detailed instructions in this video https://knowledge.clickmeeting.com/video/follow-up-rules/.
As for discount tickets - at the moment we only have a regular fee, but we will be working on adjusting paid webinars feature to meet your needs and adding a discount option.
Best,
Hi, I wonder if it is possible to add pre-recorded video to scheduled webinar event. It shows the pre-recordn video will be available to add after event finishes. Can I start the event before my scheduled date? Appreciate a fast reply. Many thanks for your answer!
Hi, you can record your webinar https://clickmeeting.com/tools/webinar-recording and then reuse it as an automated webinar https://clickmeeting.com/tools/automated-webinar or an on-demand webinar https://clickmeeting.com/tools/published-recording-webinar. Or - make a dry run of your webinar, record it, and than schedule a live webinar and upload the recording as a file from your storage, as the webinar starts.
Hi ClickMeeting,
I have been trying to upload my presentation files to the room many times but cannot. A single file is around < 10 Mb.
What's the problem and how can I fix it? My account is registered as a monthly purchase. Can't imagine why this happens?!
I need to speak with someone right away on the chat feature of the site, but no one seems to be avaiable. please email me ASAP. thank you
Hi Teddy, please send an e-mail to support@clickmeeting.com. Thanks!
